Entries are submitted on Athletic.net by the coaching staff. Each athlete may compete in a maximum of 4 events (including relays). Make sure your athlete has told the coach their preferred events before the deadline.

If an athlete misses their event, they are scratched — no exceptions. Athletes must report to the check-in area near the 100m start line as soon as their event is called.
Competes alongside JV athletes but is scored separately. May run up to JV.
JV athletes may run up to Varsity. Cannot compete in both JV and Varsity in the same event.
Varsity athletes cannot compete in the JV division.
Parking is available on site. Allow extra time — the lot fills quickly before the meet.
Pets are NOT allowed on campus.
Spectators and non-competing athletes must stay off the infield. Only coaches are permitted on the infield. Stay clear of the finish line area.
If your athlete misses their event, they are scratched with no recourse. Make sure they are listening for their name and head to the check-in area immediately when their event is called.
Running event athletes check in at the clerking area by the 100m start line once their event is called. Field event athletes check in at the event site.

Only enter athletes who have practiced hurdles. This is not an event to attempt for the first time at a meet. There are 10 hurdles, all 30 inches high.
